FAQs

Are there any questions?

Is there a minimum number of children to book a party package?
The minimum number for booking a party package is 6 children. If fewer children come on the day of the visit, 6 children will be billed.

How long does a party last?
The birthday table is reserved for the duration of the booked timeslot. No leaving party rooms and moving to other tables. A fixed point of contact for the children for the entire party time is guaranteed.

When is the payment for a birthday made?
Payment is made on the day of the birthday party for the actual number of guests. A prepayment is not necessary.

Can I bring a cake for the party?
Yes. Remember to bring paper plates for the cake, because our plates come later with our food. You can also buy paper plates or cake forks from us in the park.

Is it also covered for adults?
No, the party package offer applies to children. The adults can of course order food and drinks in our family restaurant.

Can the children choose from the offered party package meals?
Yes, the children can choose different meals depending on the package offer..

Are there any free invitations for the birthday party?
Yes. You can print out an invitation on the homepage under the heading "Birthday Party".

Are we allowed to bring a birthday cake?
Yes.

Can birthday candles be lit?
No, a legal regulation says that lighting candles is prohibited for fire protection reasons. Helium balloons and any confetti material are also prohibited.

Do you have to take off your shoes in the hall?
The shoes only have to be taken off when using the playground equipment. Socks are required to use the playground equipment. Socks can be purchased at the check in.

How to book?
You can simply use our online booking tool. As soon as you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email. You can also book by phone if you need help and have questions.

We have to cancel the party. What do we do now?
Call us soon. We would be happy to offer you a new appointment.
